There are many excellent routes to formal training, but it is not always what you need (or want to pay for – we are not all multinational corporations that aspire to send rockets to Mars!)
We can coach staff in project methods and governance structures that are appropriate to your organisation and will build your capacity to complete projects more effectively. In particular, we offer:
Transfer of programme management skills to your own staff at all levels
Coaching executives and senior managers to understand and fulfil key roles in projects or programmes, using consistent methods
Workshops to introduce techniques to overcome change resistance
Privately funded coaching with individuals, outside the workplace
We do not currently offer accredited training in the formal methodologies.

We can help you to gather, analyse, and report data to evidence and shape your projects. We can also help you to baseline your activities, and track the changes, so that you can monitor and report on your outcomes.
